Each element (air, earth, metal, water and fire) has a different emotional quality, energetic tone and representations in nature and our society. In DTBF we want to have all the elements in each class so we are not falling into habitual ways of expressing ourselves. Notice for yourself, when you feel "out of your element" or when you feel like you are at home.
